Estas oficiala, ke Humphrey Tonkin ĉeestos je la 2011 Aŭstralia Esperanta Kongreso en Adelajda.
Se vi deziras esprimi senton de ekmiron, eble vi povas diri “ha”!

Humphrey Tonkin estis Prezidanto de la Monda Esperanto Asocio dum 1974-1980
kaj 1986-1989. Estas bona oportuno renkonti iun, kiu scias multe pri la Esperanta movado,
ĉu ne. Li estas Profesoro de la Angla Lingvo kaj verkis multajn akademiajn artikolojn pri
lingvistikaj aferoj. Mi scivolas, pri kioj estas la temo de liaj prelegoj?

Ĉu li parolos pri

1) Evoluo de Esperanto?

2) Estontaj ŝanĝoj de Esperanto?

3) Interesaj lingvistikaj aspektoj de Esperanto?

4) Io, tute malsama?!

Humphrey Tonkin and the Australian Esperanto Congress, Adelaide 2011, (July 9-17).

It is official, that Humphrey Tonkin will attend the 2011 Australian Esperanto
Congress in Adelaide. If you wish to express a feeling of admiration, you possibly could
say “wow”!
Humphrey Tonkin was the president of the World Esperanto Association during
1974-1980 and 1986-1989. It is a good opportunity to meet someone, who knows a lot
about the Esperanto movement. He is a Professor of English and has written many papers
about linguistic issues. I wonder, about what will be the theme of his talks?

Will he talk about

1) Evolution of Esperanto?

2) Future changes of Esperanto?

3) Interesting linguistic aspects of Esperanto?

4) Something totally different?
